Nestled in a mews off Walton Street in Knightsbridge, Dinings SW3 is renowned for its elegant and modern style of cooking, combining authentic Japanese and European cuisines. Executive Chef/Owner Masaki Sugisaki has developed a menu that is fuelled with innovative spirit offering a unique style of sushi and sashimi that changes with the seasons using only the freshest seafood from Cornish day boats.
A space for you
Flooded with natural light from across the courtyard, the restaurant is spacious and airy. Within this calming space, also lies a sushi bar serving its own style of sushi and sashimi. Taking its name from the Japanese word for ‘club’, Kurabu is Dinings’ newly refurbished mezzanine area. Dinings SW3 also offers a unique and flexible space for any memorable event.
CAPTURING THE ESSENCE OF OMOTENASHI..
Omotenashi – the Japanese spirit of hospitality. It is genuine hospitality without expecting anything in return. Always humble, respectful and being as good as you can, or constantly pushing for the best. Masaki and his team aim to keep their menu bursting with the best of the season in order to combat food miles and energy output from growing produce year-round. Each and every dish is prepared with the utmost of respect for the ingredient, minimising food waste and adhering to our sustainability ethos.
Dinings has its own private and secluded courtyard for daytime dining. The restaurant also has its own bar, a relaxed neighbourhood spot in the heart of Chelsea for locals and guests to enjoy their favourite tipple, whether it be a glass of wine, beer, cocktail or sake.
